Debra Erb is Managing Director for Africa at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, Kenya. Ms. Erb has over 20 years’ direct experience in mortgage lending and over 12 years of
international housing finance experience. Previously, Ms. Erb served as Senior Director – MBA International, responsible for international membership development and liaison between international and U.S. mortgage banking companies and organizations. In addition, she managed MBA’s international conference operations and the International Mortgage Institute.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (International Non-Profit Management) and a B.A. in International Business Communications from George Mason University.
